Develon Wins SaMoTer Innovation Award with E-Stop

We are proud to share that Develon Europe has received the prestigious “SaMoTer Innovation Award” in Italy for our AI-based smart safety technology, E-Stop.

Presented by the organizer of the internationally renowned SaMoTer exhibition, the Innovation Award recognizes the most innovative technologies and products in the construction equipment industry. Receiving this recognition in Europe, where safety standards and technology expectations are among the highest in the world, is especially meaningful and demonstrates the competitiveness of our advanced safety technologies in the global market.

Our award-winning E-Stop technology uses cameras and radar sensors mounted on the machine to detect people or obstacles within the working radius and automatically apply braking when necessary. Through AI deep learning, the system can accurately distinguish people from surrounding objects, while automatically adjusting deceleration and stopping stages according to the configured safety distance. This enables both enhanced jobsite safety and operational efficiency.

The technology previously received strong positive feedback from European construction companies during a live demonstration at the Seine-Nord Europe Canal project in France, organized by OPPBTP, the French construction safety association.
