Develon Hands-on Training in Italy

From November 28th to 30th, we spent three inspiring days together during our Hands-on Training session for Northern Italian Develon dealers. Over 30 salespeople joined us to learn, connect and experience our machines in action.

Everyone received updated, easy-to-use materials, but the real value came from teamwork. In small groups, participants tackled specific tasks that let them see and feel how each feature makes a real difference for customers in real working conditions.

When you experience something firsthand, the learning sticks. It grows into confidence, better conversations with customers, and a deeper understanding of what makes our products truly valuable. That’s the power of practical learning, it turns “What does it do?” into “Why does it matter?”

In the end, it’s not just about product training it’s about people. About how they carry forward the Develon spirit: innovative, professional and always moving ahead.
