The DX250LCE-7 shares the same 120 kW liquid-cooled permanent-magnet motor and LFP battery technology but delivers up to 12 hours of operating time for demanding jobs. This 28-ton electric crawler excavator matches the performance of its diesel counterpart while running far more quietly and with zero local emissions. With powerful hydraulics, fine swing, and the intelligent floating boom option, it combines high productivity with smooth, controlled movements. The DX230LCE-7 and DX250LCE-7 are built around durable structures and simplified electric drivetrains that keep your operating costs under control. Reinforced castings, forged steel pivot points, and a heavy-duty arm and boom are engineered to withstand tough applications. With fewer moving parts than a diesel machine, there is less to service. Daily maintenance becomes simpler: you no longer need to change engine oil or filters, check fuel filters or air pre-cleaners, or manage aftertreatment systems such as AdBlue® and diesel particulate filters. The LFP batteries and electric motors are almost maintenance-free, reducing service time, lowering costs, and easing the load on both your team and your budget.

The DX250LCE-7 offers the same convenient charging concept, scaled for its higher capacity. Charge via AC at 380 V with 63 A for around 9 hours or 32 A for about 18 hours, or choose DC fast charging in roughly 2.5 hours to maximize uptime. A state-of-the-art pressurized ROPS cab, premium seat, 360° AVM camera, and Develon Smart Touch display create outstanding working conditions. The intelligent floating boom lets the boom move freely up or down, depending on the task. In hydraulic breaker mode, the boom lowers under its own weight, reducing shock and vibration and extending breaker life. In full float mode, the boom follows the ground while dragging the bucket. The fine swing function further reduces shaking of lifted objects when starting or stopping swing, improving safety for nearby workers and protecting the load.
