Introducing Develon’s New Protection Program for Used Equipment and OEM Special Application Machines
We are excited to announce the launch of Develon’s new protection program, developed in collaboration with EPG Global. This program extends coverage to Used Equipment and OEM Special Application Machines, categories that were not previously included in our warranty options.
The program is now available in the following countries: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Finland, Belgium, Austria and the Baltic countries. We plan to extend this new program to additional countries next year.
Program Overview
Develon Extended Protection for Used Equipment:
- Power: Engine and powertrain
- Power Plus: Engine, powertrain and hydraulics
Develon Special Protection for OEM Special Application New Machines:
- Power
- Power Plus
- Total: Comprehensive coverage for the entire machine
In addition to this new offering, Develon Premium and Develon Extended Standard Warranty for new equipment remain available to meet the full range of customer needs.
Program Managed by EPG Global
EPG Global will manage:
- Price quotations
- Warranty registrations
- Repair authorizations
- Claims processing
This collaboration between Develon and EPG Global enhances the warranty services we provide to our distributors and customers.
